I have set to 344 because the inductive probe is on the left side of the toolhead, and if I have it lower I was getting out of range when doing the mesh probe. Could this have to do with extruder offsets in Cura? I couldn't find any offset settings in Prusa. Cura insures that there won't be a cold extrusion when starting a print by inserting the heating commands if there are no keywords in the StartUp gcode. Those are commands that klipper will be perfectly happy with.
