Mistakes in labs can occur, so first have them rechecked. Rarely, you can have a pituitary tumor that makes TSH and causes hyperthyroidism, giving you both increased TSH and ft4. My issue is my endo will not test for TSI, Thyroglobulin Antibodies or Thyroid Peroxidas Antibodies. He and my family physician both feel testing for it is not “important”. I’ve never had my TSI etc. tested.
